We would like to create an automation to auto reply to multiple users on issue when it is created by a someone.
Ex. abc@xyz.com send an email it creates an issue in JIRA. once ticket is created then we need to send a reply to abc@xyz.com along with pp@xyz.com and dd@xyz.com.
How to achieve this? Thanks!

You could create an automation, based upon issue creation by customer related to abc@xyz.com ( the creator by default gets an email on creating).
and based on the condition that the reporter = abc@xyz.com, sent an email to pp@xyz.com and dd@xyz.com
