How to change language of (blocked) custom fields

Within the tab custom fields you can edit fields that are not blocked. These are also translated to the set language. What doesn't get translated to the set language is are the blocked fields and it is not possible to change these. Is there any way to get the blocked fields translated because now it's a mix of English and Dutch, we want the system in completely Dutch.
