Hello, service requests, events and email requests start with 1. It goes 1, 2, 3, 4. But instead I want it to start with 59401 for example and continue as 59402, 59403, 59404. How can I do it?

what do you mean by "service requests, events and email requests start with 1" ?Do you mean the ticket key? Like IT-1 or something?
Easy answer: Create 59401 issues via REST API and delete them afterwards. There is no other way to increase this sequence.
