How to change the components in the Help Centre Pge

Could you please let mw know, how to amend the below component headers and data . This looks out dated for our org so can you please let me know the navigation to change the same -

I understand you are looking to change the request types you see, such as "Priority Incident Requests" and its description.

To do so, you must have project admin access and navigate to Channels > Request Type, editing the title and description of each form.
