How to change the display name of notification

We have Jira help desk notifications. I would like to change the display name on the jira notifications to the project name. how do i change it?

Hi Sridhar.

Are you looking to change the prepended prefix like [JIRA] that gets added to the email globally? Or did you want it sent out specific for each project?

Hi, Thanks for the reply. 

One have only one project in Service Desk. I am the admin of that account. It displays my name instead of the project name in the Jira notification though the notification comes from Jira@projectnotifications et...

You can modify your notifications for customers in the settings. You could try adding in ${issue.key} ${issue.summary} in to your notifications template so that it includes the issue key.
