Can some let me know how to configure SSO for customer portal for internal company users, how fast the guides i have found is referring to the old dashboard and that super confusing.
@Prince Saharan - if you are in Jira Cloud, you can use an Authentication Policy. This is what we do. We have all of our internal users provisioned over to have managed accounts. Then we have an Authentication Policy that forces SSO and includes ALL of our managed accounts. If the users don't have product access to Jira, then they SSO automatically to the Service Portal when they go to our Jira site.
