Hi all,
I have a Jira Service Desk Cloud and use it as our internal ticketing system.
The customers are coming from Office 365 AD which I own.
Is there a way for me to integrate the AD with JSD for the customers? So they wont have to sign in and can log in using SSO.

Yes, you need an active Atlassian Access subscription to enable SSO.
