How to creat virtual Assistant to my costumer care project?

I need to creat virtual Assistent based on my predefined questions answer “ yes” or “No”

and support to select the products 

for test I have only 3 products 

for product selection total 27 questions 

this is should be in answer to the questions in tick the form 

based on this selection this virtual Ai show the products details to my clients 

ftee selecting products parches tell to them thanks message also

Creating a virtual assistant for customer care based on yes/no answers can really streamline the process. You can set up an automation rule to respond to customers with predefined answers. For more advanced interactions, you might need a messaging bot connected to your service desk through an API.

This is not the intend of the virtual agent, the virtual agent is to help deflect issues, not create issues with check boxes or radio buttons, this is also no an option.

This is where you request type is for.

You can use Virtual Agent in JSM in Jira Cloud to achieve your requirements.
