@RAMCEL MAGNAYE - I believe you need to create a read-only field. You can set its value through post-functions/automation/APIs.

Hi @RAMCEL MAGNAYE

If your wish is showing fields for the customers in read-only mode, I strongly encourage you to take a look at one of the Marketplace apps - Extension for JSM. 

In the app configuration, you may define the list of fields, SLA metrics or even issue links that will be displayed for the customer. Thanks to that, your customers' self service will definitely improve :)
