Hi,
I would like to be able to create a report that lists the number of support tickets received by customer (or customer Domain) over a given period.
From the digging I have done, is this even possible?
Thanks, Richard
Hi Richard,
Yes you can do this.
Setup a filter with the columns you require (Reporter, organisation, Summary, Key etc.,) and add required filters like created date start and end, or Project to your liking.
You can then complete your search and export this to excel and do a pivot table if you need to send this elsewhere. Alternative, you can setup a Issue Filter Statistics on a Dashboard. Select Reporter or Organisation (depending on what you want to sort by). Select Sort by Natural and select Yes for Resolved Issue stats and this will give you the total for each reporter/organisation. Only annoying thing about this is that is alphabetical order so you can't sort the highest count to the top but you could in excel.
Not sure if there is a Jira add-in that would allow you to sort by highest count.
As example:
I have a filter for tickets logged in January
Kind regards,
Suzi
@Richard Burnett You will need to use a dashboard and the two-dimensional gadget You can then create a filter that looks at the last two months for instance. The two dimensions you would choose would be reporter and status. This will show the customers and the status of each of their issues with a sum of all their issues. Make sure that the reporters are listed on the y-axis.
