It seems that I cannot specify a specific service request to create from automation. Am I missing something?
From the automation rule setup via Action - You can also use the "Create issue" action and then conduct an edit action to update the issue's Request Type using "Edit request type" action.
You will also need to ensure the who is going to be assigned as the reporter of the issue to ensure the issue is visible in the Portal UI. This is why we try to avoid using automation rule to create new request type issues.

The other Create Issue does not give the possibility to set a Request type.
