is this picture from the Discovered products section?

If so, you should be able to join this organization as an admin to and cancel the subscription of Jira. Then you will have to wait some time, but after the product is canceled, you will be able to delete the empty organization.

The discovered products section or somewhere else but i created this by mistake. 

Please help me to delete this and the users also needs to remove.

I tried and the product is deactivated but i m still unable to delete the organization.

This option is grayed out.

@[deleted] Removing products from your organization can take several weeks. If products are still in the organization, organization itself cannot be deleted. You need to wait until the products are finally gone and then you will be able to delete the organization too.

Will that be possible if you can check that my products are deleted or not .
