When a customer is typing up a question in the portal, the only suggestions shown are the titles of the articles in the KB.
For instance, I have Jira FAQ page with about ten questions, among which : How do I add new users to my project?
When a user is typing a similar request through the portal, they see "Jira FAQ" as a suggestion. Is there a way to display a preview of the page with the right key words?

No, there is no preview in the default portal.
It works on key words and the search results are limited to 3 results (3 KB titles).
It would benefit your customers more if you took your ten questions and made them each a KB post, that way if a customer was searching key words, it would find the page.
