How to display the form after changing a state?

When I want to change state, I want a form to appear, for example to add an internal note.

Using screens for the transitions you can get form while changing the status.

Hi @MyCloud Admin 

you need to create a new Screen and leave that empty. You can then Edit the Workflow transition in the Workflow editor and add the Screen to the transition.

That should give you the Comment Editor on the transition that you can use for internal notes.
