I'd like to embed my service agent in a Slack channel to understand issues, generate answers using specific content from Jira cards from a specific board, and create new cards for the team when it's necessary.

If your Slack workspace is already linked to your Jira / Atlassian instance and using the Assist app Matteo linked then go to
Project Settings > Channels & self service > chat, then you can update your request channel(s) to a virtual service agent
