We are trying to enable automated alert to go out when EMergency and Critical tickets raised, but the TO is not enabled to get this feature , can someone help me on this?

I feel like I am missing a lot of information here. But I tried to setup a simple automation quickly if an issue is created with critical priority then it should alert (could also be used to send email). This is how it looks like:
Please let me know if this is anywhere close your needs. If you want more advanced automation rules I would recommend the plugin Automation For Jira!
