Hi Everyone.
I managed to set up email requests by creating a new request type called email with just the required fields.
How can I make it so that an adviser can work on an email request, and edit the type to be any of my other request types? (e.g. Change or Incident).
When I try to change the request type using the sidebar I get an error message.
How can I enable it so that they can be switched between?

Update - I fixed this. It turns out I can't change the Request Type from there, but I can move the issue to another issue type which works for me.
