I, a Product Manager, am in the process of setting up a Jira Service Desk for my product. I have configured the widget and forms to my liking - however, am facing a little resistance in adoption from my stakeholders.
I would like to leverage the forms as configured/generated in the JSD but not invoke them through the widget. Is it possible to get the direct URL for the service for the form so I may hook them up to buttons of my choice from my product?
I imagine you might be able to. My understanding is that each form's URL is static. If you go to your Jira Service Desk (JSD) Portal, click on the form and copy the URL.
Try to use that URL to hook them up as buttons.
Let us know if this works as I've never tried this before but I believe this should work!
