Hi,

Sometimes when we get requests which contains html (either signatures or forwarded mails containing html) it is shown broken. Sometimes so bad, I can not figure out what the request contains.

How can I fix that?

Welcome to the community @Hajk Medyan - most of the time, when I see broken HTML like this, it is related to images and links in a user's signature line.

I don't believe there's a way to 'fix' this, so if the request is totally illegible, we typically will pull the original email out of the email folder it came from and review it there, but this doesn't happen often.

Most of the time when this happens, you'll have a jumble of HTML, but the request in plain text is buried there.

Wow, a little embarrassed now... didn't thought about this possibility.

Had to adjust some settings, but this works.

Thank you very much for your Help.
