How to hide portals or have them separate

Hello,

I would like to know if it's possible to hide or remove the panels that are displayed on the home screen of the Help Center. Specifically, I am aiming to create two separate Help Centers rather than having both options displayed on the same screen, as shown in the current setup.

Could you please provide guidance on how to achieve this or if there is any configuration that allows for separate Help Centers?

You can certainly create and manage multiple help centers on your site. Ref to the screenshot below:

Note: You will need to upgrade to Jira Service Management Premium to create and manage multiple help centers on your site.

You can create Two help center in the portal

Regarding the Planes we can hide them from the portal page layouts option
