I have created custom fields for applications. I want these always to be visible within the tickets so my servicedesk agents can pick up a ticket, assign it to the relevant software category, and this will then be useful for later metrics.
However, I have added the custom field to the issue type, added a default value, but it still does not appear by default along with 'components' and 'labels'
How do I achieve this?
