How to make forms visible directly on the support portal home page?

Hello!

We are trying to consolidate our requests to one project board and direct the issues to the proper team members through issue types. The problem I am running into is that the user/customer has to click into a portal before they can locate the forms. Is there a way to have the forms live on the home page without having to click on a specific portal?
