How to modify the user requests list view with some custom fields as the columns in the Help Center?
For example, here I want to add the other fields like Due Date as columns to the requester's view.
I work for the company that develops My Requests Extension for Jira Service Management
As mentioned in several comments, this app allows you to customize the request list view in the Customer Portal. A feature called Fields Configuration enables you to set specific fields as columns or filtering criteria for end users. This is a link to the app's Support Center where you'll find interactive tutorials, documentation and additional information 🚀
Hi @Prasanth Manickam ,
In order to add more columns to the request list and also enhance the filters, you can check our app Advanced Portal Reports. You can use it to show your customers on the portal a table report with many details about their tickets from Jira: Due date, SLAs, custom fields, labels, etc. They can see, search, filter and export all their Jira Service Management tickets with a very simple UI.
Cheers,
Elitsa

Good day!
Some marketplace apps, like Refined Sites for JSM or My Requests Extension, allow customization of the request view.
Thanks,
Armitha.

Welcome to the community.
To provide you this feature you will need a 3rd party app from the marketplace.
You could try the app: My Requests Extension for Jira Service Management
This is not possible ootb.
