How to properly shut down cloud Jira Service Management & Confluence?

Hello there!

The time has come to shut down our cloud Service Management & Confluence. The goal for which they were created has been achieved.

Could anybody please let me know if there is a clear guide on how to do this properly? So that all data, settings, and other information are deleted.

This is Nadhila from Atlassian. 

It sounds like you're looking to delete your site. To do this, you must cancel its subscription. 

Go to your Administration portal > Billing > Manage subscriptions > Cancel subscriptions.
