How to restrict agents access to a project?

We have a set of projects and agents for each of those projects. We would like to restrict their access to only their projects, unless another project ticket is assigned to them. How can we do that?

Agents are added to projects. If they are not added they will not have access. You can go to Project settings > People and manage who has what sort of access.

within the proejcts permission scheme, grant at least the browse projects permission to the assignee, in addition to other permissions that you would like to give to external "assignees".

Then you need to make sure, that only agents are assignable users within your projects. Other than that, remove unwanted agents from any project where they don't belong 😊
