How to set a customize file to show like file Description.

I created a customize field and set default value, but it just show in tab Details. I want to set it to show like tab Description. Please support me!

Based on the screenshot I think you are on Jira Server/DC.

This is not possible at the moment, have a look at JRASERVER-69890. As a workaround, I suggest adding a separate tab in your view screen and then adding your field there.
