Hey @Pascalle Leeuwerink - I'm a product manager on Jira Service Management. Welcome to JSM :)
You may also need to add the users a Customers in the 'People' page of the JSM project, so they have access to the project.
LMK if you want to chat through this more (and anything else we can help with!) at https://calendly.com/d/cm4n-r2q-9m3/meet-with-me

Can you make sure the user that you invited has received an invitation and you have accepted? If you have just logged with invited user without accepting the invitation, that might be an issue.

@Rob Mkrtchian _CAIAT_US_ there seems to be a problem with the invite sending. I tested it with a dummy email address and the invite was not received. So I guess there is an issue here probably.

Welcome @Pascalle Leeuwerink
You can add as much as customers you can want to your JSM project. The question is: do you need the customers outside of your organization as well, or only within your organization?

Outside our organisation. We add customers (clients) to our project. I created a separate organisation for each customer.
