How to setup bot in jira

I want to set up bot to reply to my customers in out of working ours 
can i know what is the available options

You can do that with automations. Just a condition, if "Created" is outside of working hours, write a comment

I'd check out the following options...

• Virtual Agent (on Slack)
• Automation (eg. this could send an out of business hours response)
