Maybe I am thinking abou it wrng, but I get how to set up the On cal, which is what I want to use to automate alerts.
But during normal business hours, the entire team is available. But how do I set up that schedule in operations?
So we have a team of 4, and we all work from 8.30 am to 5 pm on monday to friday. One person is on call outside the business hours.
But the for you page says a person is not on call during work hours. How can I set this up?
Hi Marc,
So make 4 business hours schedules for every member with only 1 member in it?
Ok cool will try that, thank you

Hi Marc,
Right now i have a team with 4 members. We all work from 08.30 to 5 on business days. Outside working hours there is 1 person on standby (on call) for a week, and the next week the next person is on standby.
For example i will be on call on tje 21st of April. But on my working days i am not on call, i want to be able to see what the working days of my team. And when a member has a day off to use the override so that on that day another person will be on call, but also that the capacity of the project shows that on that day there is less capacity. I have set up the itsm service project as template.

Have you enabled the feature Incident Management in the project?
Have you setup a Team with these 4 members?
If so select the Team and open the operations section.

Yes the team has been created, there is an incident management as well. There also is a schedule for outsite office hours, made a schedule for business hours, but unable tonsay that everyone is on call during a time, so only for a day for example. So member 1 is on monday, member 2 on tuesday, etc. During business hours i want to have all 4 members on call.

This requires to setup a rotation for each user individual.
No having a single rotation with all users in it.
