How to turn off the Email communications updates into JSM support tickets

To disable email notifications in Cloud JSM, please follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Project Settings.
  2. Select Notifications.
  3. Choose either Internal Notifications or Customer Notifications.

Important Considerations:

  • Customer Notifications: Disabling these may impact certain system functionalities, such as the Organization Share feature. If these notifications are turned off, the share notifications for organization sharing will not function.
  • Internal Notifications: To modify the Notification Scheme for internal notifications, you must have at least Jira admin privileges.

Note: Customers can turn off notification from portal if they wish to not receive notification after an issue is create and its shared to them.

Hello @sjatla 

If you are looking to stop Customer notifications, then disable the type of Notification that you don't want to be sent out from Project Admin -> Customer notifications. 

If you like to disable any notification from this project, then go to the project admin -> Notification Scheme and remove any role from the notifications you would like to stop.
