Hello!

We have activated sentiment analysis in our ITSM project and now we have a great indication for agents when attending customers. Next step is to add some nice charts to our dashboards. First idea: "a pie chart with sentiment for the previous 30 days".

Oh... but sentiment is not in the Statistic Type drop list... I can see my custom fields, but sentiment is not there

Any hint?

Hi @Antonio Valle (G2),

Indeed, at least for now, the native Jira gadgets do not support the Sentiment field.

But if you consider the usage of a plugin as a potential solution, our Great Gadgets app offers some gadgets that support the Sentiment field and lets you display all kind of useful stats.

By using the Pivot Table & Pivot Chart gadget you can display stats based on Sentiment in form of tables, heatmap tables or charts of various types (including pie charts). See some examples:

Also, by using the Cumulative Flow Diagram (CFD) gadget offered by the same app, you can display the customer Sentiment over time.

Hope this helps. If you have any questions on how to configure these gadgets, feel free to contact us at support@stonibyte.com.

Hello @Antonio Valle (G2),

I am Marlene, product manager of Quick Filters for Jira Dashboards.

With our app it's possible to display statistics of the "sentiment" field as you can see in the screenshot below. Is that what you were looking for?

Hi @Antonio Valle (G2)

There are currently no options to create reporting on this .

You might want to raise this as a feature via https://jira.atlassian.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa

Thanks @Mark

I wanted to... but first made a search just to be sure Im  not duplicating a previous suggestion... and found this:

https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-14878

Maybe it's too early to ask Atlassian for a report or a gadget.
