I have questions regarding widget.
I want to know how we can allow customers to access our account through Widget?
How we can work with widget, How customers can send us email without logging in.
Is this possible that customers can create their own tickets about their issue on our account? I would like to know so it would be easy for customers to a contact us regarding their or creating tickets.

To set up a widget where customers do not need to log in, you could need to configure an open portal. That means that pretty much anyone would be able to navigate to your help center and portal and raise a ticket (not necessarily through the widget).
Open portal usually suggest that you have a large amount of customers for the products and services you provide.
If it's an open portal, people would still need to provide their email address as a point of contact. Once a user raises a request, a customer account will be created for them:
Even though the portal is open to all, if a customer wants to raise a request, they must enter their email address. An account will be created for them, and they will need to set a password and log in to the portal to view their request.
Also, there are some additional ways to configure the help center/portal, such as serving external customers from specific email domains.
