I am creating a ticket from my web app via api. How do I pass an unregistered email as a requestor in JSON format. 

The JSM default form allows us to do so, I want the same functionality in my custom form.

I am pretty sure this is a 2 steps process. You need to create a "customer" first and then use an ID (accountId) returned to pass as a requestor.
