I cant connect de mail for jira

I can't connect the mail for jira but I what to edit or dele but , is not posible. I don't know

Can you tell us more about your problem? It seems like youre having trouble connecting your email to JSM? Did you check:

 

  • Email Server Settings: Make sure the host, port, and authentication details (username/password) are all correct. Sometimes it’s a small detail that gets overlooked.
  • Firewall/Security Settings: It’s worth checking if there’s anything on your mail server or network blocking Jira from connecting.
  • Third-Party App Access: If you’re using Gmail or Outlook, ensure things like “allow less secure apps” or OAuth2 are properly set up. This can often trip people up.
  • Connection Test: You can test the connection in Jira (Settings > System > Mail) and see if any specific errors pop up.

If none of that works, the Jira logs might give more insight into what’s going wrong.
