I create this my new account related to my new company but i found me see apps and tasks from my last company and see all tasks in it can solve this quickly

If you just changed email in your Atlassian account details, you are still having the same user id.
Most probably the previous company didn't suspend your account - contact them.
It is in their interest to make sure that old employees accounts are suspended - this should be a part of off boarding.
