I want to set automation such that when customer raise request type . It should create a new issue in Another Software board with auto assignee assigned. I don;t have jsm license is there any solutions for this . Please share any automation , JQL query .
I think you could ask your Jira Product Admin to help you with the cross-project automation rule creation. If you're with Jira Product Admin permission, you can do that too.
