I used to be able to add customer filters to the widget. Has that feature been removed?

We use custom filters to determine backlog and open issues since we have multiple teams working in Jira.  The default filters down give the data I need.

I have never seen a customer filter in any of the Widgets. You can add this in the JQL itself and use it to build the Widget.
