I've created the Customer. They are visible in the list, but did not get a notification email. I'm not sure what to do next.
Should the Customer get a notification. How can i send/resend it?
How can I reset the password so that I can test the Customer account?
Very unclear on what should happen after I create the Customer.

If your customer failed to receive the invitation email you can:

Whenever you create account in Jira, that time click send notification to user and leave password box blank.
Customer will receive a link for resetting the password.
