We are looking at taking on IT glue to work alongside our jira service desk. Just wondering if any one has managed to set up an integration? Not been able to find anything about it yet so any help would be appreciated.

I personally never used IT Glue and never seen our customers integrate JSM with it. Perhaps if they support webhook, you can set up something with that?
On our side, we can have Webhooks and Incoming Webhooks, the latter is possible by our Automation functionality.
