User reports he can go right into Jira without having to enter his credentials (so SSO is working). It is only when he clicks on an approve button or a link in email that help center requests his email. Is this a feature or bug? How to solve?

In Customer notifications, what security setting is applied to the Approval email?
Interestingly, the latest cloud updates 26/02-04/04 note this change:
Bug Fix: We fixed a bug in the customer notifications page for company-managed project settings. Now, changes to the Security settings for notifications where approval is required will save correctly.
