We are just starting to review and plan a POC of JSM Incident Management.
Can anyone provide any links to tips or suggestions of what to do and what not to do?
Also, can Incident Management connect to MS Teams? We do not use Slack.
Thanks,
Devin
Hey @Devin Ponda
@Ananth Radhakrishnan and team are working on an MS Teams integration with JSM Incident Management.
He should be able to provide some details to you sometime next week! (He's OOO for a bit)
Great! Hopefully it's not too far off in the future.

Thanks for the tag, Tony!
Hi @Devin Ponda , yes we are currently working on a MS Teams integration that should go live by late this quarter/early next quarter.
If you'd like to chat more on the capabilities that it'd support (or would like to provide feedback in general), feel free to drop me a note at aradhakrishnan@atlassian.com

Hi Ananth,
it would be great if you can make short article what is in the roadmap for integration between Atlassian and M365 or Azure how it is now with AWS infra services integration.
This is a huge thing I guess, we are all in M365 world since covid pandemia and integration or symbiosis is future.
Kind regards,
Jan

Absolutely - thank you for sharing this feedback @Jan Odvárka.
One of my colleagues @Makarand Gomashe is looking very closely into the Azure infra orchestration use-cases, and would be happy to chat more on the work we're thinking of here.

Hi @Devin Ponda
Thanks for asking.
You can use Advanced Microsoft Teams Jira Connector to setup notifications, discussions channels and many other things.
If you want to discuss, please schedule a Microsoft Teams consultation

Leo
