Is it possible to only install Jira Service Management without Jira Software and is the whole price for Jira Service Management Data Center for for example 50 agents $17200?

Yes, it is possible to install Jira Service Management without Jira Software. Jira Service Management is built on the Jira platform and can be used separately or in any combination with Jira Software and Jira Core, on the same instance. or you can download and install Jira Service Management as a standalone application.

Regarding the pricing & licenses, If you wish to use both Jira Service Management and Jira Software in a Data Center deployment, then licenses are required for each application separately. and if you wish to use Jira Service Management as a standalone application then you will need to purchase only Jira Service Management licenses.

Also The Jira Service Management license pricing is calculated based on the number of service agents you need And Jira Software license pricing is calculated based on the number of software users.
