I've added "Request participant" to Create Issue Screen configuration, however, the field is not displayed on Screen.
Also "Find your field" shows that the field should be visible:
However on the "Show fields" there is no "Request participant" field.
For now, I have a problem with the issue creation screen only. The "Request participant" field is accessible for editing after creating an issue, so it is available not only from the Customer portal:
Is there a specific use case why you need this field available on the Jira issue create screen? Probably you can use a custom field to achieve your aim and copy the value from that custom field into the request participant field via automation for Jira after the issue is created. However, understanding the use case will shed some light into other alternatives.

Not possible, that field is not meant to be visible on a Jira issue create screen.

I believe this is a Customer portal only field @Oleksiy Zhukovsky .
As such, I will not expect it to be visible within JIRA create issue screen.
