Our team gets emails each time an issue is created for our project. I have included a screenshot of what the email notifications look like. We use Urgency instead of Priority, so the email just says "Priority: None". I would like to update the fields and switch out "Priority" for "Urgency".
Is it possible to edit the template for email notifications? Or if that is not possible, is it possible to map the value of Urgency to Priority so that it at least matches?
We are using JIRA Service Mangement CLOUD.

All templates which you can edit to your likings can be found on
There you will see a plethora of email templates:

That was what I thought, but wanted to verify. Thank you @Alex Koxaras -Relational-! :)
