Is it possible to change the "What can we help you with?" text that is shown on the form?

I would like to change the default static text that is shown on the service form, is this possible?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

There are some elements on the customer portal that are hardcoded and can’t be edited and the “What can we help you with?” link is one of them.

There are feature requests suggesting improvements for that:

• Let us change all text within the portal ("What can we help you with?", "Contact us about")
• Remove the "What can we help you with?" if there is only a single request type in the portal
• Admin should be able to change the look and feel factor for the portal

There does not appear to be a way to change that section of text.

yeah, I can't find a config option for this either but figured I would reach out here and see if anyone had a trick.
