We would like to create different workflow which must apply to specific queue or team, is that possible? if yes, please share the step for the configuration. Thanks

No, a workflow belongs to an issue type. Incident workflow, Service request workflow etc...
However, the workflow consists of statuses and transitions between statuses. You can work with conditions on the transitions to prevent/allow certain users to make certain transitions if that help you at all?
Here is an example list of conditions we can apply to a transition.
