we have one customer with multiple subordinate units. Each unit will be registered as a separate organization in JSM, and customers will see all tickets from their unit. How to configure a supervisor from the parent organization to see tickets from all child units? Can a supervisor be a member of multiple organizations in JSM? Or any other possibility?

A customer can be a member of multiple organisation of a JSM project.
You can just add the user to any organisation by email address
