Is it possible to make a Problem issue type out of exciting Incident issue types?

Is it possible to make a Problem issue type out of exciting Incident issue types in JSM?
In another word, promoting multiple Incidents to a Problem?

The only option I can see is making major incidents out of multiple incidents.
Or by linking incidents issues to a problem, which both are not relevant or intuitive!

You can convert the existing Incident Issuetype issue into a Problem issuetype issue.

Steps:

• Find the Elipsis icon in the issue (...)
• Find the Move action
• You will then prompt with a dialog and you can choose what issuetype to convert to.

If you want to convert multiple issues then you will need to bulk edit the result from a JQL.

Thanks, I know about those, I was looking for functionality similar to "link to a major incident". 

Converting to an issue type would remove them as an incident, but I want a better way to have them under a Problem issue type.
