Is it possible to provide non-licensed users a view of our change calendar via the portal?

We have a request to provide a view of our change calendar to certain employees who do not need to enter or modify changes.  They only need to view existing changes that have been scheduled.  Is it possible to add "view only" access for non-licensed users via the portal?

Hi, @Todd Brumbeloe. Welcome to the Atlassian Community! 

To my knowledge, change calendar isn't available to customers through the customer portal. There is, though, a feature request with Atlassian to provide the ability to export and subscribe to the change calendar. I'll leave the link that you can vote and add yourself as a watcher to receive notifications if you'd be interested.
