We are currently evaluating Jira Service Management. In our current service desk software we are able to schedule service desk calls that need to be completed daily\monthly.
An example is a call is logged every day for the daily logs reviews to be completed.
This is then picked up by an engineer and closed off when completed. This gives us a good audit trail for any audits we need to complete.
Is it possible to schedule services requests like this in Jira?
